I keep seeing players asking questions about home recording and such and although we have the "Digital Recording 101" threads I thought I would direct your attention to a friend's collab site. He has threads that cover Home Studio Recording and MIDI sampling

I believe the Home Recording is a public forum but the MIDI might require membership, not to sure.

Also, if ya have any questions about recording or want to give yer hand a try and an on-line collaboration, the folks there are very cool and easy going AND very knowledgeable.
