This is entirely too vague to be a meaningful quiz. Which basses? Squier basses are a real value. I can't imagine them costing less and still maintaining any quality. Wood, metal, and labor aren't free.
Yes and no. Right now I have no money to spend so I will say yes. If I had the money I would say no. Then again, it would also depend on the bass. I would never spend more then 200$ on ANY Fender but I would gladly pay a few grand for an Ibanez. ;)
