Introducing "Mods, Hot Rods, and Fixer-Uppers", the forum for those of you who like to tinker with, modify, or otherwise violate your instruments, software, or amplification.
So, if you are into any kind of "under the hood" work on your gear, this is the place to discuss your projects. Now, get out your soldering iron and burn cream and tell us what is new.

I'll do ya one better Dave.
I'll do ya one better Dave. Put a full size keg next to your amp, run a hose to a pump which will then push the beer through another tube that runs along side your cable and up the bottom of the bass to the headstock which will look like a Free Flow Faucet. The beer will exit through the bottom of the faucet where you can drink straight from the keg OR have a mug on a stool next to ya on stage.

I think this forum is a very good ideea. After it gets some use, we can tell new people to "Serch the forum." :)
To me, this makes more sense
To me, this makes more sense under "Gear." I don't think we'll have enough of it to justify an entire forum. My two cents, of course. If it gets enough use, we should keep it.

I would say leave it up for a week or two and see where it goes but instead of dumping it just move it to the gear section. The site is still fairly new so who knows what will happen in the future.

Hope it stays...
Sounds like a real good idea. I don't do any of this stuff, hell I have a tough time remembering the difference between active and passive pickups! A good place to learn, though.
